This comprehensive guide,developed with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction andDevelopment (EBRD) and under the auspices of the Climate Governance Initiative,is set to be unveiled at an exclusive event this month in Tashkent.
The handbook represents a significant milestone in the journey towards improved corporate governance and sustainability practices within Uzbekistan's business landscape. Crafted by experts from Chapter Zero Uzbekistan's Steering Committee, including Odil Musaev and Denis Spirin, as well as Advisory board member – Karen Srapionov. The manual provides practical insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of boards of directors across the nation's companies.
